Chef: Rawan al wadaa

Hailing from the Mediterranean, chef Roe molded her passion for food and arts into fondant sculptures and customized cakes at one of the most successful bakeries in Beirut. With a Culinary Management degree from Algonquin College, she is currently Kitchen Manager & Pastry Chef at Stella Luna Gelato Cafe.

Created for kids aged 10 to 14, this week-long camp explores the fundamentals of cooking. Over five fun and food filled days, participants work closely with our chefs to learn a variety of essential cooking techniques. Each day will offer a different focus as kids not only learn techniques but also how to plan and shop for meals
