"Last night my friend and I attended an excellent 3 hour knife skills course with Chef Georges. This was, by far, the most useful and active cooking class I've taken. No standing around watching other people doing things. Georges gets you chopping onions, shallots, garlic, peppers, herbs, eggplant, tomatoes, carrots, etc. Georges shared great tips and techniques. If you're visiting Ottawa, try to get into one of these workshops. So great!"

In this 3-hour hands-on class, she’ll share her refined techniques for well-loved chocolate desserts.

Created for kids aged 10 to 14, this week-long camp explores the fundamentals of cooking. Over five fun and food filled days, participants work closely with our chefs to learn a variety of essential cooking techniques. Each day will offer a different focus as kids not only learn techniques but also how to plan and shop for meals

TEEN CHEF - Series Fall 2019

From Tuesday November 12th to Tuesday, December 17th.

C’est Bon Cooking’s Teen Chef classes go much further by engaging youth aged 12 to 17 in an exploration of kitchen fundamentals. Participants will work closely with Chef Georges to learn a variety of essential cooking techniques. The results: giving teenagers the cooking skills and confidence they will need for life.
 
Minimum 6 participants required. Maximum of 10.

*Recipes main contain gluten flour, dairy products, nuts and egg products. No substitutions will be made.

Holiday Cookies

YOUNG PASTRY CHEF - Holiday Cookies - Baking and Decorating

Saturday, December 14th - $ 68 per child + tax

With Chef Elina Olefirenko.

Menu:  Holiday Sugar Cookies, Snowman- and Snowflake-shaped Sugar Cookies

Open to children ages 9 to 12. Limited to 12 children per class. Each child will go home with a dozen baked cookies and bring the balance of the cookie dough and garnishes home.

Two classes are offered

1) From 10:00am to 11:30am

2) From 1:00pm to 2:30pm
