Shariffa Telya teaches Indian cuisine hailing from her home town of Mumbai, India. Based out of Montreal, she loves to sharing the secrets of great Indian recipes and the health benefits of the herbs and spices lovingly used in her native country’s cuisine.

MENU: Chat Papri and Sev Bateta Puri (Savoury dish with tamarind and coriander chutney), Pav Bhaji (Mixed vegetables served with buns), Chaas (Flavoured buttermilk), and Kesar Sooji (Dessert made with Semolina, Saffron and Nuts)
