Series 2 of our Teen Chef series continues to build upon techniques taught in Series 1. Students will tackle Vegetarian Cuisine, Gnocchi, Bread Dough, Poultry, Vegetable (more advanced knife skills), and Chocolate desserts.
Completion of Series 1 classes is NOT REQUIRED in order to take this series.
Minimum of 4 participants; maximum of 8.
