Daily programming, à la carte $75 per in-person class, $35 per virtual class (taxes extra)

For youth aged 10 to 17. Hands-on explorations in kitchen fundamentals with our chef. Learn a variety of essential cooking and/or baking techniques. Choose in-person or virtual classes, or both. Classes are booked on an individual basis – choose every day, or just certain days, half days or full days!
In-person classes will run in the morning from 9:00am to 11:30am. Lunch is included.* They are limited to 8 participants.

The afternoon is reserved for virtual classes, from 1:00pm to 3:00pm. Optional ingredient kit available! No limit on how many can participate!
Classes include:
– Instruction by our chef,
– For IN-PERSON classes, all the ingredients and equipment needed including lunch and snacks,
– For VIRTUAL classes, you can choose to only pay for the online video-conferenced lesson, OR add the Ingredient Kit Option, i.e. all the pre-portioned ingredients needed for the class!
*Note that physical barriers have been installed in our kitchen to protect participants. There will be no sharing of tools or ingredients and hand-washing and sanitation protocols are in effect. Should the province call another lockdown, in-person classes will be converted to virtual classes.
Inquire about dietary substitutions. We are unable to provide a vegan, gluten- or dairy- free option on some days.
